My name is Joe Bermingham and I am the youth coordinator at The Denver Rescue Missions the Crossing. We are a transition homeless program for homeless families. Our goal is for our families to become self-sufficient. Chad Franke worked here full time as an intern for ten months. Our department provides a daily program for youth and children ages three to eighteen.

Chad has a passion for serving the Lord and youth. His favorite saying is “God’s got this” and he really believes it and relies on the Lord for everything. Chad’s faith has been a real encouragement to my staff and me personally.

Chad is very creative. We have used Chad’s rapping ability to introduce Bible lessons and in videos. His video making ability is excellent also. Chad made some music videos for worship and a birthday party video. They are of professional quality. All his video and creative works are excellent. He has also led Bible studies, did a lot of administration, and tutored.

Chad thrives in a social structure. His work excels when his supervisor works with him on details and strategies. His strength is working with middle school students.
